We know, sometimes you change your mind!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order that has already been completed. If it has gone wrong, we ask you to return the item or items for a refund and place a new order.
If you have a discount code and want to use it, enter the code at checkout before choosing the delivery and payment method.
Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders within the Nordics and EU are normally delivered within 3-7 working days.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are added and calculated at checkout.
You can return unused products within 30 days of your order date.
We only accept returns on clothing that comes back to us in new condition. If you have used, washed or removed the labels from the clothes, we will not accept your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
1. Send an email to returns@anyki.se with your order number.
2. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with shipping instructions, a return receipt and a shipping note.
3. Print the shipping label sent to you by email, stick it on your package and drop it off at your nearest service point.
4. The money will be refunded to your account as soon as the return is received and approved.
Return shipping costs SEK 50 and is automatically deducted from your refund.
Anyki produces all of our clothes in Europe. Our factory has certifications such as SEDEX, BSC, ISO9001, OEKO-TEX 100 to ensure ethical production and working conditions.
